The problems of our world lie ultimately in the relations between a man and a woman. A man should do what is right and not do what is wrong. A woman should trust that this is the ultimate truth in any everyday event and encounter. When we find ourselves in the gray area of right and wrong, we should trust in ourselves and have faith in eternal righteousness in which a word honors its literal meaning. You say that this is impossible, this cannot be the truth. However, to help us on this path, there has been knowledge on calming the body on any difficult issue available for ages, for generations, in the ancient Eastern philosophies. This knowledge is called meditation.
Whenever we find our thoughts wander to an area that makes our body react, we can and should continue the chain of thought so that it finds its way back to what we know is good. This is the way to an eternal balance, a righteous life, and a lasting happiness.
Doing what is right and not doing what is wrong we find our inner strength that can not be overcome. Thinking what is right and guiding our reasoning on what we decide to do (answering the question 'why?') we let blocked data from our subconscious to rise to the conscious and disappear from our being so that it can not subconsciously alter our behavior anymore. An invaluable tool in this, learn vipassana meditation.
