In everyday life, we think that the solidity is a proof of a concrete structure of the matter that cannot be penetrated without imposing a permanent change to the structure.

Let's think a little. What does matter consist of? Molecules and atoms, we know this much. But when we go inside this atom structure, we find a structure that largely consists of empty space - not matter. It is actually interaction with some kind of an energy field when we touch a physical object.

In an atom, there are protons and neutrons in the core, and electrons, of a considerably smaller size and weight, circulating the core. In between the electron field(s) and the core, there is empty space - lots of it.

The core of an atom is in diameter (from charge radius) only of the scale 1/1000 - 1/20000 of the diameter of the atom (from covalent radius). It seems that if we extrapolate that there are particles small enough in the universe, they can travel deep into matter without altering the structure.

We know the particle/waveform duality of light: in some circumstances, light is best described (and taken into calculations) using its wave-like behavior, while in others, it is more beneficial to apply the particle-like behavior. Still we don't understand, in the deepmost sense, what light actually is.

Let's have a look at gravitation. We know that gravitation is the force holding the structure of the macro-scale universe together. My question is, why don't we generalize the law of gravitation to the particle level, and interpret the wave-like behavior of light using gravitation and simple statistics: although the movement of photons (particles of light) would be completely random in any field containing matter, the average would result in seemingly consistent, measurable behavior that we observe today. Some photons are absorbed, others get reflected away, and the rest continue their statistically-defined route through the matter.

1) The wave-like behavior of light is a result of micro-level gravitation.

It is easily seen that photons should be extremely small in size, with an extremely small (computational) mass, and traveling in extremely large numbers, for them to be able to traverse through fields of matter without (the observable light) scattering all around. The smaller the mass, the closer the photon must pass an atom nucleus for a gravitational effect. The bigger the numbers, the better the statistics works, feeding our everyday observations. The smaller the size, the more photons fit into any pulse of light. (However, this all will be decided by calculations.)

Generalizing a little, it is a measured fact that the wavelength of a photon remains the same while it travels through the universe. To account for this observation, it seems that we would need to find the mass of a photon from a calculation in which it is tied to the wavelength of the respective light. This would mean that the speed at which light travels is also relational to the corresponding photon's (computational) rest mass and thus wavelength. The constant that we know as 'the speed of light' would then just be a maximum limit to any speed in the 4-space (the everyday 3D space combined with the dimension of time).

2) Speed of light in a vacuum depends on its wavelength, while the limes of the velocity of any particle or object in the 4D space-time is c, as in E=mc2.

It is worth to note that with this theory, the wave-like behavior of light varies over different kinds of fields of observation. Specifically, there is no wave-like behavior in a vacuum; however, as soon as the photon arrives at a field of matter, the wave-like behavior is back. We should find out which measurements really happen in the field of observation and which ones actually happen inside the equipment itself.

Now, let's take a closer look at a single photon on its way through a field of observation. If there is any matter in the field, or if there is a gravitational force in effect, the energy and the path of the photon will change on the way as a function of time and the parameters of the field. Specifically, the gravitational force that bends the trace of the photon in the field will change the kinetic energy of the photon. Sometimes, the energy will become smaller, sometimes greater, depending on how close the photon goes to the gravitational center. In the case of gaining energy, if the photon is already traveling at its maximum speed limited by the laws of the universe, we have a big question: where does the extra energy go? Having the law of preserving energy, the gained energy must somehow stay within the photon so that it can later, when the environment allows, be consumed.

Physicists and mathematicians have long talked about the universe having more dimensions than our common 4-space. It all seems probable. The problem is, we don't have the mappings to these dimensions for any other use than pure mathematical calculations. That is, the physics is still missing.

Let's figure 5D, and give the new dimension the property of energy. This means that for any point in our 3D world and universe, there is a point, a value, or even a function of values in the energy dimension, and going further, for every point in our 4D universe, the same is true. In other words, any point in time and space has a parameter of energy, and these parameters together define any one point in the 5D energy-timespace.

Let's assume that when a particle is accelerated enough in the 4D universe, it is enough to create a pulse that makes the particle plunge into the fifth dimension, disappear from our universe, and plunge back into the 4D universe after the 'extra' energy of the pulse has been consumed. This would mean that at the micro level, the universe has a fluid-like characteristic, described by E=mc2. (There was a recent experiment of an accelerated neutrino traversing faster than the speed of light which would be explained by this theory.)

Back to the macro scale. It has been calculated that the universe consists almost 3/4 of dark, non-observable energy, 1/4 of dark, non-observable matter, and only 4% of visible matter and energy. It has been observed that the universe is expanding in an accelerating manner, and dark energy has been proposed as a reason for this acceleration, equally distributed over the universe and rejecting other dark energy. It is tempting to assume that dark energy is actually energy residing in the fifth dimension; from this invisible part of our universe, there would be vectorial mappings to the common three dimensions, which would then result in the rejecting described above. The vectorial mappings might have been decided in the history of the universe, for example, when galaxies of matter have collided with ones of antimatter (which results in pure energy).

3) There is a dimension of energy in the universe that, considering all parameters, is only existent to the minimum possible extent at and in any given time and space.

4) The dimension of energy is bound to other dimensions of our universe.

Now something completely different: the human observation, processing and action system is a neural network that operates with electricity. We are humans, we are living, and our system operates with something as simple as an easily describable force of physics. It's just the complexity of the neural network of our brain that makes us not see this simplicity. But is it really all so simple? Are we only machines of electricity? There are other forces in play, most importantly the chemistry of our feelings, but is the real Self really only a machine like this?

What we are is a part of life with a body, thoughts, feelings, understanding of life and our surroundings. What our neighbor is, is the same - just often with different experiences, and hence, different patterns of behavior. And - what any form of life is, is eventually, essentially the same.

We consist of atoms, molecules, and all there is in them. If the world and the universe are 5D, we are 5D as well. In a prepared or otherwise suitable state of our being, we are capable of interacting in 5D, reading pulses from the 5D reality - or even writing (to) them. The interesting thing about this is that if another being is also in the same state, there is a possibility to communicate, and this communication is not fully tied to time.

Have you ever had a dream that was, somehow, strangely connected to the real world - to other beings, they having had the same or a similar dream? Figure your imagination as a vast, immense, endless shared space in which you can create, but also find. Figure other people doing the same, and figure an energy pulse that all the people of earth put their effort to. Now, try to figure a limit to what is possible to do.

6) It is possible to read and control pulses in the 5D space to create connections and alter the reality.

--

A prerequisite for truly benefiting of 5D is that we find our new place in the world and universe, respecting all life and putting all effort to minimize suffering around us. We must not push - all our behavior must be as gentle as possible. Only this way we will be able to truly open our self - for all there really is.

It should also be noted that a new dimension does not limit us, but opens up new possibilities. Science may easily later find use for even more physical dimensions. Could these really be used for our mental development towards a new stage of humanity?

The Feeling of Jazz

I'd like to give you a view of myself as seen by the iTunes random number generator. This is what makes it possible to have real feelings in a fictional story - and it can be used in true areas of our life as well.

It is a fact that some people we encounter in our life do use this means to 'copy-paste' a feeling into the situation, trying to gain benefit over us. There are also people who, while we discuss with them, will defend their view on a subject longer than what can be seen rationally possible. These two groups of people will claim that we do not understand them, perhaps making points they know beforehand we will not be able to catch - since the intent is not discussion but a small amount of power. We don't understand but it's not a problem, or it is a problem and the reason for the other person to go out and do whatever they please for a night or two, leaving us sit and wonder what happened.

These means of communicational fighting are older than time, and we have got used to seeing them around. However, if we want to build love and understanding, what we should do is communicate with the willingness to understand, seeing the generation-long history behind these ways of behavior. Although it seems like hard work, deepening the aspects of a relationship is able to pay us back in plenty. Staying open, willing to take a few blows for more understanding, we are able to grow, seeing growth around us as well.

What don't they know to behave like that?

My two lives

I have two lives, and this is one of them. I was reborn as two people this year, having crashed my first life pretty much all the ways possible. While my virtual life concentrates on sharing the experience I gathered during all those years, my real life is building something from the exploded pieces back together again.

I am not going to lie: I live at my parents' place in the middle of nothing. I am unemployed, looking for work. Few relationships from my previous life still exist, or they are corrupted. If there was not my family, I would either be living in the street, in a retreat, or in a mental hospital. Lucky I am to live in Finland, and lucky I am to have my family.

I have faith for the future. Once I'm back in the business earning money, my new life will be back on good track again. However, any dreams I have will not come true any time soon in any grand scale. What I suggest to the reader is to go on with your life and seize the moment. This life is too short for anyone to waste it not being able to rise the perspective from the past or the future to the present moment.

Let us live our lives in peace.

Meditation of the heart

In meditation, a key subject of practice is to learn to listen to the heart and build strength that makes it possible to hold information and feelings inside. We can call this practice taming the heart, and it enables us to use it as a tool in our everyday life. (It is good to acknowledge that when we know the principles, meditation can be practiced anywhere, many a situation, any stance of the body.)

No pain in heart never killed nobody. As long as we do the right thing, it will be possible to live with our heart in all circumstances. This enables us to identify and work with events around us truthfully, without having to suffer from unhealthy pain in the heart, and without projecting it to an untrue source. We can also learn to program our feelings with music or other means, for example by interacting with other people in peace. Adopting this all is a good path to lasting happiness.

While walking this path, it may become important to realize that expectations of other people bring no obligation of action for us. Our own deed of common good should be our principal guide in all life. We should never feel to be obliged to do wrong against a person, be they present or not, in the name of love or good will. There is no grand plan that would entitle us to do wrong, bringing justification to an ill deed.

Anything that may happen to us can have a lesson if we prepare ourselves to see it. We can aim at growth of our being every day, every situation, also balancing our past of ill knowledge. When we have knowledge on true transparency, it is up to us to decide about our future - in respect, love, and peace of mind.

The Duality of The Divine: A Personal View

It is a tremendous moment to realize that your cognition system has reached a state in which God becomes reality. There are no words to describe. What is possible to experience understanding this duality of deity is beyond understanding. It is true what has been said: God created the human being as his own image. It is true that this image is not enough to describe the Highest - it is out of reach of our current being. Miracles happen. Things fall into place. This happens all around, and any single being can see only parts of it. The universe is vast, but the Highest is more.

The Highest does not demand but He controls the afterlife. He can only be seen in glimpses of love in perfect mutual understanding with either another being of the Earth in faith, or with The Highest himself, in religion. Although this vision can be a rare occasion during our life, the actions of The Highest are commonly visible in our world. We reach The Highest by following the Divine, and what the Divine can give us is only a matter of open mind in research in conscience.

How is it possible to experience vision of The Highest in a religion? Which religion is the right one? What I believe is that all of them have their cultural and historic load that they should rid themselves of. I suggest that the tale of the tree of knowledge in the Book of Genesis provides us with assistance to answer this question of contradicting religions all providing us with the possibility to experience a vision of The Highest. I am certain we can work our way towards a world in which these contradictions do not exist and harm our life together any more.

I have a connection with the Divine so strong that I can see to the past. I see people in their everyday actions, and many of them can see me. A video tape can be a means of communication that we cannot imagine possible. It is our link to the history. What can be done with this channel remains to be studied and seen; to me, parallel universes are a really interesting idea.

I can see flashes of people or their thoughts through and in an imagination-like reality or dimension. It is part of this universe. When I think of a person, I can see him or her read what I have written, and when they write, I can see flashes of them thinking. It seems to me like the brain is like a tree of potential chains of thought, and any state of mind can be reached via open thinking or appropriate assistance - even when we are far away from each other in the physical world. I believe this mental help can only occur towards the optimal state of mind in a human being since the eye, in this world or the invisible one, always tells the truth.

There is a connection between our biology and psychology. If you happen to be familiar with brain science, I would like to reveal to you that my EEG was regular and the MRI found out that the folds of my frontoparietal cortex were wider than normal. If you happen to have a theory related to this, please contact me. For more studies, I'm not yet sure what to do except finally talk this with my mental hospital contact that did an in-depth regular research earlier this year.

I believe that my experiences and abilities cast a refreshing angle of light to many sacred writings. It is possible to dig the valuable information from all our religions and live a happy and understanding life together.

Should you be willing to ask me a question, you can do so (recently also anonymously) by sending a comment to this text or another. I'll always be willing to open my mind for new thoughts. However, be informed that my real identity will not be available any time soon.

Path to freedom: meditation and mindfulness

The first sign on the path to tue freedom is to find that our being forms subconscious consequential patterns of phenomena, and different dimensions of our being (e.g. emotions, sensor input, thoughts, and our divine self) affect this reality. This effectively affects our thoughts, feelings, and decisions. (Some Buddhist texts call these formations of the mind, and assert that there is no self; the formations only create an illusion of one; this way, these teachings make a strong stand towards a new understanding: the target is to find the divine self, but the path must be walked to fully understand what it is.)

To walk the way, we should learn and exercise meditation. Having learned to quiet ourselves, we will be able to acknowledge when a feeling, thought, etc rises in us, what happens when it is in effect, and how it goes away. This way, we can investigate these things concentrating on only one of them at a time, and apply the findings to our daily life with mindfulness. In the end, we will experience more freedom, understanding, and growth as a human being, finally connecting our being to our divine self.

The internet is full of material on meditation and mindfulness; I have myself linked a good book earlier. It is also possible to start learning with only basic information on vipassana meditation and mindfulness that is available via a google search.

On a consistent religion

It has been two thousand years since Jesus Christ walked on Earth. Everything we know about his life was written decades after he died, and we have learned not to question any of it; where there is missing data, we have looked for it in the Old Testament.

If we think of the mission of our Lord on Earth, I see no other purpose for a God than to bring the lost paradise back. To bring us peace, love, and future - as the human kind. This mission failed during his life, and since a failing god is not perfect, the holy writings tell us only what they do.

What is paradise? I see it as freedom in peace. The fruit of the tree of knowledge has been been tasted, so the freedom comes with responsibility over our actions. The serpent lured us to look for sex and benefit regardless of the cost to others, so we should look for love and spirit in ourselves to keep us from harming our neighbor to fulfill our desires.

Ancient Rome was a kingdom of sex, excess, and abuse. Love was a subject of trade, and the logic of slavery ruled the souls of the people. Someone preaching universal love for all human beings did not fit in. Jesus had to die.

The world of today is different. What I would like to ask is, are we as the human kind mature enough to admit that many things have gone terribly wrong for two thousand years of our history. Are we ready to think of the first Christians as human beings like ourselves, their leader having been crucified, leaving them under an enormous pressure from the outside world? Are we ready to see universal love as it is, without boundaries, allowing people to do what they wish when they do not harm each other in the present or towards the future? Are we ready to see our body as a gift from our God and take care of it every means the science of health asks us to? Are we ready to see our oblivion of abnegation and seek happiness the middle way?

The future is ours to build. Let us choose faith over tradition, sense over words, future over past. Let us learn how to respect each other the truthful way, let us do what we feel right, let us enjoy the fruit of life - together.

A man and a relationship

The more a man uses his stomach and does not live his emotions in his relationship, the more the woman will drift away from him. I say what we need is faith. Faith for life, faith for other beings, faith for the world. This faith has to be built and consciously maintained; it is not something we can just choose to have like picking an item to our basket in a grocery store. Building this faith demands awareness in ourselves and in our world. We should learn to see ourselves from a distance of two meters: we are a human being amongst others, our background determining our tools of logic and thought, the background having been given to us by chance. We should remember this in silence and feel it build to our being. We should remember that there are billions of us, and that what applies to us as a human being, applies to all beings on Earth the very same way. Those of us who have been given more should aim at balance, and those of us who have been given less, should aim at building the rest, building what they were not given by life in itself - wherever possible.

Changing ourselves and our environment is and is not a full-time job that should be done 24 hours a day; when we do what is right, we sense the feeling of happiness rise and we should give ourselves time to enjoy it; this should be done every day. The best thing in this is that this enjoyment is free; it does not need any activity to be fulfilled; it is the fulfilment in itself.

Lasting happiness is the feeling that we are building a common, global, balanced planet together.

On Change

We are living times of change. New communication channels have brought us together as human kind, extending our ways to communicate with each other. They also help us communicate with ourselves: a neighbor is a mirror of feel and thought, and in the world of today we have been given more time to work on what we feel.

Our feelings affect our thoughts. How many problems of the world could we solve if we rid ourselves of our past feelings, of wrong grace and wrong respect, living the present moment of mindfulness. How many barriers could we see disappear could we offer our truths only welded by tradition to the altar of our God and bring room for change, for even more discussion, for something new - for the best truths we can find. For the good of us all. What could we do if we could end fighting and talk in peace, finding a medium solution to any argument, seeing ourselves in our neighbor and deep in our heart, judging a deed, never a being.

The world is large and our God is largest of all. What could we do if we found ourselves soldiers of word instead of steel or power. What could we do if we found ourselves understand that change is evenly difficult for us all and learn always act to this fact of all life.

A human being can reach God but never the reach stays forever. It is built into us human beings that we fail, our thoughts fail us, our feelings fail us. What is possible and what we should do is learn and see growth.

All faith is grand but in all religions, the spirit stays the same.

Let us see us all unite.

(2010-06-13, edited)

~ Dhamma ~ Holy Spirit ~

I would like to start without words, terms, that the reader might already have bound a meaning to, thus avoiding misunderstandings on the content of this text. We all have heard of life energies, energy waves, waves of life, and we have our meaning for them, was it 'crap', 'divine knowledge', 'regrettable misinformation', or anything. What we should do is to forget any previous meaning and open our mind to whatever there is to be found.

To understand Dhamma (which can be observed in practice in the post-enlightenment life of the Buddha), we should understand the concept of the self in life. We have our own self, and so does any other living being on Earth, was it conscious or not. The self tries to do its best protecting its existence in this universe of ours, and the deeper the knowledge it has in itself, the broader are the means, the better the tools available.

Our universe is complex beyond any understanding. In addition to the dimensions we can observe in our everyday life, the science of today leaves various options for more dimensions an open mind could explore. Furthermore, any theory might not be complete in itself, leaving even more space for a curious imagination.

Any person familiar with mathematics accepts the fact that when there are more dimensions, there must be mappings to be found to reach these dimensions and come back to our standard reality. The most common example on this is complex mathematics: it was realized as an area of science when traditional calculations reached a point in which part of an equation became illegal, but when left as a black box, the illegal state vanished later, giving a perfectly legal solution in the end. This gave birth to the complex plane, defined by i, i^2 = -1.

When we accept that in our universe, there might be more dimensions than the three common ones, we may also accept that there might be portals to these dimensions, and back to the common universe. Now, if we think of the self of all life as a multidimensional entity, and we feel other life as we feel ourselves, without discrimination, without pity but in balance, then we can get in contact with Dhamma, the universal love and life, and holding it in our heart we can deliver positive, peaceful energy to our surroundings. What we can do with this knowledge is beyond our imagination.

What is holy spirit? Is it given from the above? It surely must be found somewhere before we know what it is, what it feels like. You call it what you will, I call it Dhamma, and I say that knowing Dhamma, we can shut down volcanoes, calm down the core of our planet, and find eternal peace.

Practice: meditate a volcano, feel it bursting in your heart, feel its pure energy in freedom, and let your heart gradually calm it down. Then think of another person, meditate their perspective on this, and let your heart again calm down. Try to do this six billion times and you see what we are about. How could we build gaia?

(2010-06-13, edited)

An eternal balance - a path home

The problems of our world lie ultimately in the relations between a man and a woman. A man should do what is right and not do what is wrong. A woman should trust that this is the ultimate truth in any everyday event and encounter. When we find ourselves in the gray area of right and wrong, we should trust in ourselves and have faith in eternal righteousness in which a word honors its literal meaning. You say that this is impossible, this cannot be the truth. However, to help us on this path, there has been knowledge on calming the body on any difficult issue available for ages, for generations, in the ancient Eastern philosophies. This knowledge is called meditation.

Whenever we find our thoughts wander to an area that makes our body react, we can and should continue the chain of thought so that it finds its way back to what we know is good. This is the way to an eternal balance, a righteous life, and a lasting happiness.

Doing what is right and not doing what is wrong we find our inner strength that can not be overcome. Thinking what is right and guiding our reasoning on what we decide to do (answering the question 'why?') we let blocked data from our subconscious to rise to the conscious and disappear from our being so that it can not subconsciously alter our behavior anymore. An invaluable tool in this, learn vipassana meditation.

On classifications in the brain

Classifying people, objects and phenomena of the world is the way of our brain to simplify data for quicker processing. This is required in all our everyday situations. The brain gives attributes to the groups and it is assumed that an entity belonging to a group does have the attributes of the group.

There are two ways to live with each of these groupings: a static one of enforcing or indifference, and a dynamic one that is open for changes. We choose our approach by putting our emphasis on the group or the entity that belongs to it, and our interests in life affect each of these decisions.

When interacting with people, we should always give them room for improvement, not letting our thoughts or subconscious decide what is our wholesome behavior in respect to another being; our gestures, tones of voice and general behavior give us away all the time, easily enforcing our static grouping related to the other person - and also the grouping of the other person in respect to us. So if we need to choose, it's always better to prefer indifference over enforcing - and it does require conscious work.

Life with the groupings especially related to humanity is a matter of continuous improvement for us all. What helps us is to build and make our group "human beings" have as many logical positive attributes as possible. We should understand that it is not this group that should have the negative attributes "trying to use me", "greedy", and so on; these attributes belong to the groups "people who don't believe in life" and "people who have bad experiences interacting with me or other people in the past". What we should combine with "human beings" is "looking for happiness".

It is also worth noting that the groupings of the brain are adaptive in both barriers and their core; when we live our life, our experiences change the hierarchies and networks of the groups, supporting continuous learning, development, and growth.

(And yes, if you're wondering, I'm a programmer.)

(2010-06-12, edited)

A man on men

There is a problem with men in this world. When we interact with women, all we think about is sex; do we want, don't we want, how to communicate what we want. We don't believe in situations getting automatically towards a good ending when we just open our mind and set ourselves as well as the other person free. Free of expectations, free of sooner-than-necessary control, free of funny thoughts. It is difficult for us to understand what is a feeling, what is the other person feeling, due to heavy historical weight we tend to carry in our backs in many of these situations. This weight may build of varying ingredients but the amount is easily the same amongst us all. If we are able to rid ourselves of this weight, we experience our eyes open to see the similarities in the different, to feel our good heart be free.

Things may sometimes be difficult due to the link from our body to our subconscious to our communication. So when we notice things going wrong, we should wake ourselves up by thinking once more over, who am I, who is she, what is our relation. When we do this, we will find everything back on track again.

(2010-06-12, amendment)

Seeing past oblivion

We begin to build our lives when we are a child. We say we are grown up when we have seen the bad deed, the benefiting over others, when we learn "who are our friends". Having learned of the bad, we can beneficially interact with the world, not letting others take us anywhere where we don't want to go. We learn to separate between intelligence, naivety and stupidity amongst others, we build patterns on phenomena. And it all makes sense. Still the world is full of wonders for us to explore, and we can enrich our lives by studying them like others have done, generation after generation, from the beginning of times.

Building our world, we are forced to set barriers, to group others and ourselves, and we unintentionally restrict our world for our everyday life to be successful; how could we perform quick enough to compete with others and to stay safe if there was no simple, quick-to-follow logic in our world, our work life, our everyday environment?

Due to these simple facts of life, our grown-up world is living in an oblivion of many false truths, us being pawns in games of statistics and consumerism. What we have forgot is our childhood of trust, the times when we did not need to be wary of anything, the times when other people took care of us. We have forgotten what it is like to be a human being, we ask what is true happiness, and we don't know how to reach our roots again.

The roots of humanity lie in our childhood, and if we want to be there again, we need children. Raising our children, interacting with the children of others, we can mirror ourselves of today to the memories of our own childhood and to our changing points, letting us ask once more, "why did I change, why did it go like that?" In the end, we will see that everything had to go like it did; in the world of the past there was no other way to act; we were who we were, and the environment left no options. Sometimes we did wrong. Whenever we did harm another person, another being, we will feel forgiveness in regret and balancing deed.

We are all human beings of err and fell. Having done only what felt right at the very moment of our action, we still are capable of improvement. We are all capable of understanding, of forgiveness, of regret, in our very own world that no one sees except our God; even though we are all of the same root, our plant is our own, and there is not and will not be another like it on earth, now or forever.

It is said that the most powerful gatekeeper of oblivion is distrust in change. The net of the mist is complex; it covers all our life, and most importantly, also other beings. We easily turn any change back due to a barrier in the mist that we believe will exist in the other side as well. We do not see our neighbor, we do not believe in another being, we are unable to see like another person might see. But the more we try and the more we give of ourselves, the more we will see happen in our very environment, and this will give us the strength to go on. It is no forcing; it is a change from death to eternal life in within, and it includes a complete transformation in ourselves, in our soul, our heart, our mind. This transformation demands our free will truly behind it, and it will shine to our surroundings giving birth for hope around us. We will see everything in our world reborn over and over again, towards a new world, with a clear sky of our global future shining to our deed from our environment and beyond.

(2010-06-12, edited)

Of Love

In my life, I was always lazy in love. I let love die, and I hid my feelings under a rigid shield when I should have given them room to show and be seen. I never gave myself permission to go in the flow of life, justifying my actions and inaction by the strangest social rules - a human being is perfect in coming up with excuses. There was a single time when there was room for love in me, when I truly tried my best; and I lost, over misunderstandings, too little communication, and many mixed emotions.

This all being over, my mind and heart having settled, I would like to put in words what I believe to have learned.

Love is the game of life. It is a game no one wants to lose. It is not a fun game. In love, our deepest feelings take place over and over again, and by time, we learn to balance our emotional response, the bond of trust welding our being together with the one of our couple.

Love is a game of understanding and communication. It is about enough but not too much, of the right timing, of surprises - and fun. Fun comes when it wants; it is not the target itself; it finds its time and place when the warm feeling of being together is there again. Love is feeling the other and being different.

Love does not mean two bodies bound together each day and night, each hour to second; true love is freedom. It is freedom to share the difficulties of everyday life, and freedom to go around in our life trusting that when we are back, our love will appear there again. It is common understanding with no pushing on any limits. It is the actual will to still stay together.

Love is not dreams. It is a dream job, dream work, working for a dream. It is balance that comes and goes and is made there again. It is will to stay together in the long run; it is expressing oneself freely and with no intention to do physical harm.

Love with children is love through children, being a child, an elder sibling of trustworthiness. True love with children is growing up to the blossom of humanity.

Love is sharing a feeling, overcoming obstacles without building frontiers. Love is our neighbor - it is us - every day of our life.

(2010-06-12, edited)

On voices

There are people amongst us who hear voices in their head. This phenomenon is a known symptom of some mental illnesses, but the mystics of all times have been able to use these voices to travel in the unknown, unseen world - and come back.

How to develop communication in the unknown, with the unknown, staying sane? How to work with these voices so that they do not alter our everyday life?

The Buddhist teachings emphasize that in meditation, one should note everything passing through our consciousness in order to build consequential patterns between phenomena. To my experience, all voices do have a source; the most irritating ones (that keep looping over and over again) are based in our feelings, altered by our surroundings, changing our state of mind to an unexpected one. When we are able to reach understanding in this pattern, the voice disappears.

A wise man once said, when asked about hearing voices, "There is no inside and outside of the brain. There is only the entirety of cognition." I couldn't agree more; voices are one of our links to other dimensions, and when we are able to work with them, they can enrich our capability to understand this world.

Voices should never be trusted, and a person hearing voices should be warily trusted when they tell what the voices talk about; especially when something bad happens, we can not know whether the voice really told the person to do the bad thing, or did the person do it to get rid of the voice, having somehow misunderstood the message, or from old experience (when you do bad enough, your feelings certainly change to another state which might free you of the voice - for some time).

When I hear a voice, I take it as a message from another, surreal, dimension, that might not have a physical correspondent, a true, objective sender, in our own reality. Actually, I never hear a voice telling me to do something; I only hear cheering, curses, and other kinds of short sentences. Anyway, you hear what you hear, I ask you to be extremely cautious when establishing communication with any kinds of voices; this path is never set beforehand but the end of the path is easily a long-lasting mental illness, I believe, very often schizophrenia.

So do exercise extreme caution with this communication channel, and never let your physical reality be altered so that it would affect your everyday life. The other worlds are interesting but they are not worth sacrificing sanity.

Earthquakes - a phenomenon not controllable?

Have you noticed that oil is usually pumped from the bottom of the sea at the areas where earthquakes are more or less common? Could there be a connection between emptied oil fields and pressure from down under, from the core, that would end up as earthquakes?

If this is possible, I would make oil companies responsible for the unstable core near the oil fields and let them pay for at least all the damage that is calculable from the changed volume of an emptied oil field after an earthquake. Could there be a means to fill up the emptied oil fields so that the risk of an earthquake would be minimized? Is it possible to measure the thickness of the solid surface of our planet accurately enough near oil fields to be able to respond to the changing volume of an oil field fast enough?

Another thing I believe might be related to earthquakes is the vibrating life - life as energy - as a still unstable, wave-based organism, that in an n-dimensional universe is able to move lava masses inside the core of our planet. This movement might result in an earthquake if it happened in large enough scale.

How to prevent this latter kind of earthquakes? Silence, prayer, and common good spirit will develop this living organism towards a more stable state. Over religions, the spirit stays the same. We should use this information to do our part in the development of a synchronized global consciousness that will take care of us as human beings. We should abandon negative thoughts that are only capable of doing harm and seek a common, global understanding instead. We should learn to see ourselves as cells of this global organism and make sure to act accordingly.

(2010-06-11, edited)

Pain and construction, II

As I wrote earlier, I think of pain in the human body as a means for the body to repair itself. It is important to note that all pain can not do this and the more we give power to the pain, the less it will help.

Concentrating to pain is not only acknowledging when it hurts. It is possible to use our heart to distribute pain to the damaged area. We can also use our stomach to hold some of the pain inside to minimize environmental side effects. For the best results, it is good to know (or guess) the true source of the pain.

One should note that any pain control does and will not contradict any (positive) medical science. This is an old saying. Where is it based? When we are young, we are willing to learn more and more of our surroundings and the rough 'facts of life' have not yet poisoned our consciousness. Our body is growing and renewing itself, and our mind is open and trustful.

Children are our future. This is a fact. They are human beings like us, and they will have a good future. The better future we give them (this sometimes means a bad today), the better they will remember us when they have passed us in knowledge and skill.

Our body stops renewing itself after some point in life. I believe the reason behind this might be that the mind gives up to death due to a huge environmental effect that makes the person a part of the sociological group that we call the elders. We give up our hope in life and we try to do the best we can to make our remaining years comfortable. We give up for fears of sicknesses, declaring ourselves sick when there is no medical proof on anything serious, and we don't take care of our body.

Let us not give our life away but live in respect, peace, and love.

(2010-06-11, edited)

Of pain and construction

The human body is accustomed to pain as a means to tell the brain that something is wrong. It has been a prevailing belief that the creation of man is unfinished; some serious conditions have no pain bound to them, and some sources of pain are not dangerous at all. I agree with most of this belief.

Many types of pain we can compensate with our heart. I don't see pain in a pure heart any bigger problem as a pain that comes to a heart afterwards, in an unforeseen context, due to pain that was guided away from the heart at an earlier occasion. Although we can train our heart and brain to be readier for 'a later hit', I see a purifying heart a more beneficial way to live. Additionally, pain in our body can to some extent be balanced with the heart, and this may be a way to bring some benefit from the pain.

Pain is an electric wave in our neural system. According to the simplest laws of physics, an electric wave need not have a direction. My interest is, is it possible to let our subconscious knowledge in human anatomy direct this current to build and re-build our body, provided that all the required construction material (vitamins, calcium, protein, carbonhydrate, fat, etc) is available? Could a dream of clean veins grasp a clogging cell in a vein and break it apart? Maybe yes, maybe no. These are only dreams that have no relevance to our common reality until there is clear proof that it works. However, if you wish to perform some experiments, I recommend enjoying fresh chili pepper in decent amounts. My personal experience is that it gets into the nervous system and for some time, there is more current available.

When we think of this idea and imagine the self as an n-dimensional function, able to work on our body via the nervous system, controlled by our own self, what could we be aiming at in a dream? Extending the idea to the combined spirit of us all, I see no limits for what might be possible.

(2010-06-11, rewrite)

On trust and confidence

Trust is one of the most difficult and painful things in life. We trust and we fall; getting hurt, we see true friendship in common pain. I have myself been used and taken advantage of quite a few times.

When we have given our trust and we go down, deep negative emotions take place. We do not want to forgive, we cannot forgive - and we need not forgive. When a person lets us down, they owe us something for the rest of their life. However, it is better if we don't remind them using all the means possible. A debt can be paid many ways, and it is best if we can benefit from the payment. Thus, it is best for our own good life if we can leave a person alone when they let us down - until the time is right for balancing the equation.

In our life, we should always be able to trust new people we meet. Past experiences give us wisdom to overcome naivety, enabling us trust in a balanced way, and making sure we don't give room for a new acquaintance to ask the silent question, 'why not let him/her down and do this for my own benefit?' Deception is an inevitable part of the dirt of humanity, and in order to fully enjoy our life, we should learn how to deal with it. If it's possible to let us down, some people will in some circumstances always consider it.

In order to avoid circumstances of potential deception, I myself try to maintain self-respect and trust by keeping my social relations neutral and balanced, separating miscommunication and misunderstandings - two of the most important reasons for failing relations - from regular interaction, dealing with each problem case by case, separately and in private. It is better the sooner this is done since our subconscious lets any unsettled matter alter our body language, tone of voice, chosen synonyms etc in all our communication after an incident. The reason is simply that our feelings related to the person are not at a base level and their feelings to us are probably misled as well.

This skill of trust and communication can always be perfected more and more, and we often need to fall back to the basics: who is this person to me, why do I want to stay in contact. This is perfectly acceptable as basic human behavior; people come and people go, and our limited time (as well as other resources) force us to set barriers on who we stay in contact with and who we let go forgotten, to the background - at least for some time. The good thing about this is that the human life is long and bad memories are many times forgotten when the time goes on.

Maintaining an open and welcoming attitude in life enables us to enjoy and benefit from our relations to other people. When we do not use other people, we build our own true confidence - a confidence that involves no acting; bringing knowledge on who we are in our heart, it enables us to see ourselves without roles, without weighing any relation of respect above another, giving us a heart of peace.

(2010-06-11, rewrite; 2010-08-05, edit)

Protection and the self

My travels of life were long and the paths scarce. What I have learned is not common, not usual amongst men. I have learned to protect myself without raising a fist, and yet without a word. In the middle of all lies the one unspoken truth: respect. Being aware of deception, being aware of feelings, being aware of surroundings. Respect, and you are given respect. Fear, and you are given disdain. Act, and you are given accident. What is it that gives us the calm we need?

What I believe is that faith in the mankind is one of the greatest tools of survival. This faith is based on the fact that we are all human beings, capable of good and bad, but wishing for good whenever possible. This faith can be studied in meditation that gives us understanding in ourselves as well as others. The knowledge gained will enhance our awareness on our surroundings as well as improve our self-control, giving valuable tools of survival in our everyday life and beyond.

(2010-06-11, rewrite)

On planning, changing and growing

Do not plan your life expecting a change in another person. It is the most difficult fight there is, and it is the fight that brings us more understanding on who we are.

Advice

For thousands of years, many of us have been living under the pressure of the ten commandments of the Old Testament of the Bible. What I think is that these commandments should be taken as advice instead of strict rules; only then one can understand and follow them in the way they were designed.

I start this blog by presenting a new set of ten points of advice for the reader to consider. The basis of these rules is in Christian beliefs that I have been working to balance with Buddhist teachings about the middle way.

1. Do not take advantage of any misunderstanding.
2. Trust.
3. Do not lie for material or selfish gain.
4. Learn when not to say a word.
5. Compensate all wrongdoings in a proper way.
6. Forgive.
7. See your Love.
8. Help your Neighbor.
9. Support the Society.
10. Do not harm a Living Being - balance for the Good of all Life.

(2010-06-11, edited and added introduction)
